The location was spot on, close to lively shopping and dining options. We loved the 24-hour reception and well-stocked supermarket on-site. The pool was nice too. Perfect for chilling after visiting the nearby Acinipo Theatre. Totally recommend it!

We faced an issue with our apartment overlooking a concrete wall, quite disappointing and made it hard to enjoy our balcony.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a pool area which was nice and relaxing with sunbeds available. It was a 2 minute walk from the shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to the beach, with buses stopping right outside the hotel to take you to the city centre and other places.

The cleaness of the hotel wasn't great, you should expect to find hair in your bath or pillow. The hotel room sometimes doesn't close when you leave the room, which I found very concerning. But overall it was a good experience at the hotel and I would stay here again.

We loved the entire aparthotel, including location and staff. An easy walk to the restaurant Pasapalo.

Everything was perfect, well organised staff, great views of castle and beach. Our twin room was airy and had kitchenette. The location of the hotel was excellent - within easy walking distance of Castillo de Suel. Had supper in a poolside restaurant...

Had a great stay with lovely days spent lounging by the pool and enjoying happy hour at the bar. The outdoor pool and the sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, the kitchen area was a bit small for full meals, but it didn't take away from our fun! ☀️

Overall it was well-equipped with air con.

It was an amazing stay for my first visit to that hotel.

Clean apartment, spacious balcony, the complex also features a well-equipped gym and easy access to public transport right outside the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The evening entertainment can be a bit loud.

The hotel is located within a short distance of the beech and is located close to a shopping complex. The staff are excellent and provide good advise on what you can do during your stay. Good size swimming pool and plenty of space for deck chairs. Would stay there again as it is good value for money.

Could have done with the bar being open durign our stay in mid-March.

The kitchenette was well stocked with equipment. The grocery store next door was very convenient. This is an especially nice venue for families with children. There is a large pool area, the castle is just across the street and our one bedroom apt. Had three extra "beds" in the living area.

There are no telephones in the rooms, so our friends in another hotel could not call us to arrange meetings, etc.
